Maccabi Tel Aviv secured the victory against Zalgiris from the first half with the imposing 53-23 (20') half time score! After a fantastic performance both in the offensive and in the defensive end, the team of Giannis Sfairopoulos beat (85-57) the Lithuanian club which was unbeaten away from Kaunas (4 wins in a row) and had the top offense of the competition.
