Just a few days after a huge win in Eurochallenge against Tartu Rock with 74-56, Antonis Constantinide's Rovinari came so close to another big win. The team of Sfera Sports Association's coach, played very good basketball but paid its lack of experience which led it to a defeat in extra time from Ploiesti. The team that is the favorite to win again this year's championship. Rovinari lost 76-79 in extra time after a 40 minute draw, 72-72.
